Delivery reliability is one of five attributes in supply chain management under the SCOR model, developed by the PRTM management consulting firm, now part of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) and authorized by Supply-Chain Council (SCC) as a cross-industry de facto cross-industry standard diagnostic tool for supply chain management, SCOR measures supplier capabilities for a complete predictable process as promised. This is measured by perfect order fulfillment and shows how far the supplier is able to serve its customers in the promised delivery time.
